Project Feature - Through You Series

At the start of 2020, I was contacted by the amazing people at Vista Community Church in Columbus, Ohio. They were looking to create a number of videos to add to a series they called ‘Through You’. The series focused on telling the stories of different members of their worship community. The videos are meant to serve as social media and website content with the goal of telling the stories of how these members of the church and inspire others to take action and help in their community.

With the onset of Covid-19, many businesses and organizations are having to rethink their day to day operations. This video series will help help members of the church community stay connected online and share information on how to stay involved in this new era of social distancing. We also managed to film all of these videos keeping social distancing guidelines in place. We had limited people on set, all maintaining about a 10 foot distance from one another, and everyone except the interview subject wore a mask. We only allowed one interview person at a time, with time blocked between interviews to sanitize and disinfect the interview area. Filming went very smoothly and the videos turned out as a great way to inspire, connect and engage with others!
